Wenwei represented us in both the purchase and later the sale of our house in Clarendon Hills. He's an excellent agent because he really listened to our needs and concerns. He focused on solving our problems as opposed to pushing for a deal. We found him to be very knowledgeable, patient, and a great negotiator. He helped us buy our house at $50K below the price we were willing to offer. When we needed to sell the house later in a very bad real estate market, he sold it for us in less than a week with multiple offers.
